Friday, Aug. 20

3:07 a.m. Tony Goldsworth, 30, arrested in the 1400 block of N.W. Logan Road on suspicion of identity theft, theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

2:46 p.m. Two female subjects reported they were walking near the U.S. Smoke Shop when a man jumped out of his car and pulled a knife. Attempt to locate suspect sent coastal.

5:51 p.m. Four men arrested at the skate park. Aaron James Maier, 20, cited and released on a Linn County Sheriff's Office warrant charging contempt of court. He was also cited on suspicion of drinking alcohol in a public park. Christopher Edward McDougle, 21, cited on suspicion of drinking alcohol in a public park. James Earl Davis, 20, cited on suspicion of furnishing alcohol to minors and possession of a controlled substance, less than one ounce of marijuana. Christopher Joseph Briggs, 20, cited on suspicion of minor in possession and drinking alcohol in a public park.

11:11 p.m. April Ann Nicklas, 22, cited in the 3400 block of N.E. West Devils Lake Road on suspicion of driving while suspended and charged on suspicion of DUII and assault.

Saturday, Aug. 21

1:34 a.m. John Devolder, 40, arrested at 2600 N.E. Highway 101 on suspicion of driving under the influence.

7:35 p.m. Brandon Urban, 21, arrested in the 1200 block of S.W. 62nd Street on previously issued probable cause on suspicion of two counts stalking, two counts menacing and unlawful use of weapon.

Sunday, Aug. 22

12:14 a.m. Takiyah Warren, 23, cited and released at Chinook Winds Casino on a misdemeanor warrant out of Washington County charging probation violation.

Monday, Aug. 23

2:37 p.m. Anthony Joseph Hatch, Jr., 19, cited in the 1500 block of S.E. East Devils Lake Road on suspicion of minor in possession and false information.

Tuesday, Aug. 24

1:28 a.m. Sean M. Rieschel, 39, cited in the 1000 block of S.W. Jetty Avenue on suspicion of DUII after a report of a vehicle crashing into a trailer on the east side of the Dolphin Motel.

9:06 a.m. Car clout reported in the 2500 block of N.E. Holmes Road.

9:19 a.m. Car clout reported in the 2500 block of N.E. Holmes Road.

9:30 a.m. Two more car clouts reported in the 2600 and 2800 blocks of N.E Holmes Road.

8:10 p.m. Yvonne Marie Koslowsky, 53, cited and released on suspicion of theft at Safeway.

9:59 p.m. Joshua Wright, 24, cited and released at the Dolphin Motel on a warrant out of Baker County Circuit Court.

Wednesday, Aug. 25

1:21 a.m. Oliver Crider, 18, cited and released at Taft High School on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, within 1000 feet of school.

1:46 a.m. Mary Williamson, 19, taken into custody in the 700 block of S.E. Quay Avenue on suspicion of fourth-degree assault, menacing and harassment.

4:46 a.m. Nathan Ellyson, 19, arrested at West Devils Lake Apartments on suspicion of criminal mischief.

Thursday, Aug. 26

2:00 a.m. Calgary Steele Kendrick, 19, arrested on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon after officer located him outside the Little Antique Mall.

6:29 p.m. Jared White, 19, taken into custody at N.W. 30th Street and N.W. Quay Drive,on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon after a report of a fight involving baseball bats. James Siefer, 35, arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon

Friday, Aug. 20

12:45 p.m. Animal complaint at Regatta Grounds in Lincoln City, after 7-year-old bitten on the leg. Medical assistance requested.

5:47 p.m. Domestic disturbance reported in the 2000 block of N.E. 36th Drive after a female caller reported she had been struck in the face.

Saturday, Aug. 21

12:15 p.m. Theft reported in the 4000 block of N.E. G Avenue, Neotsu. Complainant reported that some valuable books had been taken during a garage sale.

8:21 p.m. Burglary reported in the 6000 block of N.E. Park Lane, Otis. A television, laptop and some other items were reported missing.

Monday, Aug. 23

1:43 p.m. A sex offense was reported in Neotsu. Street address redacted by Lincom.

4:37 p.m. Caller reports wallet stolen at Crown Pacific Inn, Depoe Bay.

Wednesday, Aug. 25

12:27 a.m. Domestic disturbance reported in the 4000 block of N.E. 50th Street, Neotsu.

9:15 a.m. Caller reports theft of two chandeliers in the 600 block of E. Collins Street, Depoe Bay.

1:03 p.m. Caller reports being pushed and grabbed by her shoulders in the 100 block of N. Highway 101, Depoe Bay.

4:16 p.m. Caller reports an ongoing problem with upstairs neighbor in the 500 block of N. Pleasure Drive, Otis, leaving bags of rotten garbage and fish guts outside.

Saturday, Aug. 21

12:10 a.m. Sherry Rose Patterson (b. 1956) of Otis, cited on suspicion of careless driving after her Toyota Matrix collided with a stationary Cadillac Escalade at the intersection of Highway 101 and N.E. Neotsu Drive.

7:35 p.m. Michael P. Alger (b. 1969) of Willamina, cited on suspicion of following too closely after a three vehicle crash on Highway 18. Troopers say Alger, who was towing a horse trailer, failed to stop when car ahead was slowing for a turn. Trailer jack-knifed, hitting two other vehicles.
