HomeStyle provides a way to make repairs or improvements to a property so it can go
from a fixer-upper to a dream home. At Evergreen, we’re trained and certified in this
program and can provide eligible homebuyers with benefits that include:
• The ability to purchase or refinance a house, 2nd home or investment property and
the cost of repairs in a single first mortgage.
• Manufactured homes now eligible. 1
• Primary homes are allowed up to 97% LTV; second homes up to 90% LTV; and
investment homes up to 85% LTV.
• Any type of renovation or repair is allowed provided it’s permanently affixed. 2
• No minimum repair amount
