MONDAY, JULY 2

12:59 am Disturbance, Cozy Cove, 515 NW Inlet Ave. Caller reported female was beating on door, believes she has trespassed in past. Sarah A. Sanders, born 12/1/77, was taken into custody for assault IV domestic and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

10:22 am Theft, 2047 NE 22nd St. Caller reported theft of deposits.

8:12 pm Found property, Tanger Outlet Mall. Caller reported finding bag of substance believed to be meth.

11:50 pm Trespassing, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Caller reported female with 6-month exclusion was seen on property. Annette S. Nalder, born 5/7/68, was cited and released for criminal trespassing.

TUESDAY, JULY 3

6:42 am Burglary, 1375 SW Coast Ave. Caller awoke to find male in kitchen trying to take TV off wall. Back door kicked in.

2:15 pm Theft, Ace’s Bar & Grill, 3245 NE 50th St. Caller reported theft of $2000 by employee and suspect self-terminated employment. He refused drug test.

3:27 pm DUI, South Shell, 1410 SE Highway 101. Caller reported driving complaint of impaired driver. Dean Kammer, born 7/3/75, was cited and released for DUI alcohol.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 4

2:52 am Reckless driving, 1800 SE Highway 101. The vehicle was observed traveling 85 mph northbound on Highway 101 from SE 23rd Dr. Traffic stop initiated. Kaleb Kristopher Hatch, born 7/20/98, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail charged with reckless driving, minor of possession, and failure to provide proof of insurance.

7:14 pm Found property, SW 51st St. Officer found wallet.

9:17 pm Reckless endangering, SW 51st St./SW Ebb Ave. Jorge Cuellar Mota, born 3/3/84, was taken into custody for reckless endangering. He was cited and released at Lincoln City Police Department.

9:35 pm Possession of illegal fireworks, SW 51st St. Hector Cruz Cobos, born 10/21/81, was cited and released.

10:24 pm Liquor violation, SW 51st St. A male and female were cited for open container.

THURSDAY, JULY 5

2:27 am DUII, N 36th St./Highway 101. Herbert S. Budau, born 12/29/62, was cited and released from Lincoln City Police Department for DUII.

11:52 am Hit & run, Cruise Inn, 1330 NE Highway 101. Caller reported car was struck while in handicap spot, other party left.

3:12 pm Found property, Sandstone Pointe Hotel, 3733 SW Highway 101. Caller reported housekeeping found a wallet with cash, gift card and possible drugs.

9:08 pm Theft, Lincoln City Community Center, 2150 NE Oar Place. Caller reported theft of white Nike XD shoes from locker room at location.

11:23 pm Assault, 1881 NW 52nd Dr. Caller reported he was assaulted on Monday.

FRIDAY, JULY 6

8:09 am Suspicious vehicle, 3109 NE West Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported suspicious van in apartment lot. Vehicle plate was returned as a Hyundai Elantra. Courtney S. Bellemore, born 7/10/97, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Department. She had a misdemeanor PV warrant out of Lincoln County.

1:05 pm Found property, 145 NW Inlet Ave. Caller reported gun left in room after guest checked out.

5:57 pm Assault, 4804 SE Voyage Ave. Caller reported son was assaulted and injured.

11:30 pm Trespass/AOA, 1631 NW Highway 101. Caller reported male previously trespassed. Nathan Alan Holmes, born 5/21/94, was taken into custody for misdemeanor warrant out of Lincoln County for larceny. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

SATURDAY, JULY 7

11:57 am Disorderly conduct, 704 SE Quay Ave. Caller reported neighbor outside yelling at and threatening neighbors. Margaret E. Hughes, born 10/7/48, was cited and released on-scene for disorderly conduct II.

1:54 pm Found property, Snack Attack, 100 SE Highway 101. Caller found wallet in parking lot and turned it in for safekeeping.

4:03 pm Driving complaint/MVC/DUII. Caller reported erratic driving northbound from south city limits. Then, they called back to report vehicle turned into south Shell and hit a vehicle. Robert S. McPeak, born 11/27/81, was taken into custody for DUII.

SUNDAY, JULY 8

11:59 am Burglary, 885 SW 6th St. Caller reported residence broken into through back garage door.

7:21 pm Trespassing, Public parking, SW 50th St. Caller reported transients drinking and making a lot of noise. Nathan C. Opperud, born 1/12/79, was taken into custody for trespassing and transported to Lincoln County Jail.
