William Kreutzer

Farewell & Good Fishing

After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Bill Kreutzer peacefully passed away in his home on Monday, March 25th. Bill loved his family so much and was not ready to leave us.

Bill had a huge passion for salmon fishing and will be missed by many on the Siletz River. He would proudly give his prized smoked salmon to friends & family. Bill was deeply concerned about the recent disappearance of the Chinook Salmon in the Siletz River. Bill also enjoyed wood carving and was most proud of his grandson Zander for many reasons including his award-winning wood carving talent. Bill also grew the most beautiful dahlia garden around and shared his flowers freely.

Bill is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda, his daughter Feather, her husband Zach & grandson, Zander Hryczyk. Bill is also survived by three brothers, Dave, Russ and Scott as well as his mother-in-law, Lavon.

Bill was a Vietnam Veteran who served his country with pride and distinction.

His is sorely missed.
