LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, JULY 1

12:08 am Trespassing, 550 SE Highway 101. Caller reported male in lobby creating a disturbance and not wanting to leave. Benjamin Pasciyo, born 1/25/90, was arrested and transported to Lincoln County Jail for trespassing.

5:31 pm Theft, 4800 SE Inlet Ave. Caller reported her Schwann order was delivered and taken off her porch.

9:34 pm Lincoln City Inn, 1091 SE 1st St. Caller reported theft of speaker that he left in the room.

TUESDAY, JULY 2

5:25 pm Theft, Lincoln City Cinemas, 3755 SE High School Dr. Caller reported someone stole the computer off his son’s electric bicycle.

6:09 pm DUII, NW 15th St. beach access. Patrick Allen Placentia, born 12/30/69, was taken into custody after a traffic stop for DUII.

8:28 pm Restraining order violation, 1147 SW 16th St. Jaime L. Brink, 1/31/87, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for restraining order violation.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3

11:43 am Theft, 801 SW Highway 101. Jeremy D. Livington, born 7/14/86, was arrested for shoplifting and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

2:24 pm AOA, 2900 NE Highway 101. Casen Thomas Hayes, born 3/4/00, was arrested on probation officer detainer.

6:36 pm Criminal mischief, 1837 NE 20th St. Caller reported male knocked his vehicle mirror off after road rage incident. Cory Lowell Jones, born 10/10/79, was cited and released for criminal mischief, reckless driving and disorderly conduct.

THURSDAY, JULY 4

12:14 am Probation violation, NW 34th St. Djuro C. Higi, born 6/6/82, was taken into custody on a probation detainer.

9:38 am Criminal mischief, 6262 SW Harbor Ave. Caller reported that his oil plug was removed and oil drained from his Ford truck. Jesse Freeman, born 2/16/77, was cited and released for criminal mischief II and offensive littering.

1:06 pm Criminal mischief, 2340 NE 35th St. Caller reported someone had damaged her vehicle with spray paint.

4:07 pm Hit & run, NE 18th/Highway 101. Caller reported that mirror was broken while parked on Highway 101.

8:23 am Criminal mischief, 861 SW 51st St. Caller reported damage to back rear window of vehicle.

9:34 pm Suspicious activity, SW 51st St. beach access. Raymond Arthur Spencer Jr., 4/12/85, was cited and released for urinating in public.

FRIDAY, JULY 5

1:18 am Traffic stop, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Traffic stop initiated. Francisco J. Jimenez, born 9/1/90, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for protection order violation.

12:55 pm Fight, 4794 SE Highway 101. Caller reported two transients were fighting. Nathan C. Opperud, born 1/12/79, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for a no bail warrant out of Washington State for escaping community custody.

3:45 pm Shoplifting, Safeway, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Caller reported a female walked out of store with a full cart of groceries.

6:09 pm Suspicious activity, South Shell, 1410 SE Highway 101. Caller reported a possible intoxicated driver in front of the store. Officer contacted driver and seized paraphernalia.

SATURDAY, JULY 6

2:55 am Domestic menacing, 105 SE Mast Ave. Caller reported domestic in parking lot of complex. Roy Lee Babb, born 2/24/44, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for domestic menacing.

11:19 am Theft, 120 SE Highway 101. Caller reported transients had cut lock and removed cover on power pole and was charging laptop and phones.

3:12 pm Theft, Blackfish Café, 2733 NW Highway 101. Caller reported a stainless-steel metal cone used for potlatch style barbecuing was stolen from outside business sometime after closing. The value of the item is $800.

5:03 pm Suspicious activity, 95 SW Highway 101. Caller reported a male was threatening to shoot family if they did not leave beach. Michael Stroud, born 1/9/58, was arrested and transported to Lincoln County Jail for disorderly conduct II, harassment and intimidation II.

Patrol information. Multiple calls regarding young people with backpacks going door to door, selling cleaning supplies, offering to clean windows and etc.

SUNDAY, JULY 7

4:23 am DUII, 801 SW Highway 101. ER staff reported intoxicated male left hospital driving involved vehicle. Traffic stop initiated. Curtis Dwayne Bosworth, born 12/15/82, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Department for DUII. He was cited and released.

5:48 am DUII/impound, Street Car Village, 6400 SW Highway 101. Traffic stop initiated. Curtis Dwayne Bosworth, born 12/15/82, was taken into custody and released for DUII again. Vehicle was towed and impounded.

11:03 am NW 34th St. beach access. Officer located female at the beach in her vehicle. She was reported to be a missing person out of Albany. Petra C. Sievers, born 7/18/84, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for state wide felony warrant by the Oregon Patrol Board.

Extra patrol, Surftides, 2945 NW Jetty. Caller reported vehicle with two occupants were in the parking lot checking out vehicles.

7:32 pm Harassment, NE Oar Ave./NE 21st St. Caller reported her ex boyfriend’s girlfriend assaulted her. Catherine J. Shoemaker, born 12/21/70, was cited and released for harassment.

7:41 pm Suspicious activity, 4520 SE High School Dr. Caller reported son found hypodermic need at location.

9:14 pm Theft, Safeway, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Caller reported male walked out of store with a cart full of groceries without paying for it. Michael A. Lee, born 2/11/84, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for theft II and state-wide felony warrant out of Polk County for probation violation-burglary.
