LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, MAY 20

12:14 pm Theft, 660 SE Highway 101. Caller reported he had a car seat stolen. Camp canine has footage of theft.

TUESDAY, MAY 21

12:58 pm AOA, 2447 NE 29th St. Officer responded for possible domestic. Situation was under control. Clemente Albino-Gonzalez, born 11/23/84, was found to have Lincoln County warrant. He was given court date, cited and released at scene.

7:54 pm Traffic/AOA, NW 28th St./Highway 101. Traffic stop initiated. Two males were found to have warrants. Hans C. Wilkinson was arrested on warrant. Oliver Pauly, born 10/12/71, was arrested on warrant. Both were transported to Lincoln County Jail.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 22

3:11 am Disturbance, 648 NW Inlet Ave. Hysterical female reported fiancé smothered her. Male was located outside of location, originally detained but was released.

9:55 am Fraud, 4041 West Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported someone opened credit card in his name and used it.

4:38 pm Burglary, 6526 NE Neptune Dr. Caller reported residence was broken into.

5:17 pm AOA, Goodwill, 1000 SE Highway 101. Joshua Brown, born 3/29/84, was taken into custody for probation violation.

8:41 pm Harassment, 1531 SE Oar Ave. Caller requested contact regarding incident with another resident.

9:32 pm AOA/warrant arrest, 1621 NW Highway 101. Female contacted at location. Marilyn Ann Childs, born 7/1/86, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail on misdemeanor warrant out of Polk County for probation violation-dangerous drugs.

THURSDAY, MAY 23

9:58 am Theft, 120 SE Highway 101. Caller reported two hanging baskets were stolen. A note was left on the door from a witness saying the suspects were two men on bikes.

3:19 pm AOA, 1616 NE Regatta Way. Richard Allen Duncan Fraser, born 11/5/81, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail on a Lincoln County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear for DUII and a Multnomah County warrant for reckless driving.

5:51 pm Attempted burglary, 4600 SW Coast Ave. Caller reported she had a video of a male attempting to open door of her home.

6:34 pm Attempted burglary, 3535 SW 35th Place. Caller reported she watched a male through her remote camera attempting to enter home.

6:45 pm Burglary, 3645 SW Coast Ave. Caller reported people who came to visit her home found two subjects in home when they arrived.

8:46 pm Probation violation, Lee’s Restaurant, 144 SE Highway 101. Sarah Jean Chavez, born 4/2/83, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for probation detainer, carrying restricted weapon and possession.

11:06 pm Criminal mischief, SW 50th St. Caller reported his vehicle window was broken into.

FRIDAY, MAY 24

1:00 pm Harassment, Kenny’s IGA North. Caller reported that a male subject went behind customer service counter, grabbed the clerk’s face, and licked her cheek.

7:16 pm Burglary I, criminal mischief II, theft III. Matthew R. Wonser, born 10/17/83, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for location subject in an unoccupied home. Also, charged with criminal trespassing II and attempted burglary I.

SATURDAY, MAY 25

1:42 am Probation violation, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Jack Eldon Thompson, 8/28/92, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for probation violation after a report of a fight.

4:26 pm Theft, LC Plaza Lot, 4079 NW Logan Rd. Caller reported someone entered her vehicle and stole two prescriptions she just bought.

5:14 pm Arrest/AOA, 427 SE Oar Ave. Traffic stop initiated. Michael Jon Wilder, born 1/8/96, was taken into custody for suspended and wanted by Lincoln County for fail to appear on possession of amphetamines and DUII.

7:30 pm Burglary, 1244 SW 62nd St. Caller reported he returned from work Friday evening and someone had entered his room by breaking a window. Cash was stolen.

9:141 pm Theft, North Shell, 4031 NW Highway 101. Caller reported subject drove off without paying for $57 of gas.

10:30 pm Burglary, stolen vehicle, 3270 NW Oar Place. Caller reported home was burglarized and vehicle stolen from location.

10:45 pm Assault, 675 SE Keel Ave. Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital called regarding domestic assault victim at ER.

SUNDAY, MAY 26

7:54 am Domestic disturbance, 675 SE Keel Ave. Female from ER last night called again in morning reporting male was threatening her. Shawn D. Tallman, born 7/28/70, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for assault IV-domestic and harassment.

2:36 pm Criminal mischief, 1590 SE 19th St. Caller reported her neighbor repeatedly hit her car with his car door. Michael S. Fischer, born 9/4/70, was cited and released for criminal mischief.

5:00 pm Underarmour, 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported subject stole items from location. Subject was held on ground by two men. Brent A. Erickson, born 7/24/84, was taken into custody for harassment.
