2:17 am DUII, SW 50th St./SW Highway 101. Caller reported of an intoxicated driver leaving Chinook Winds Casino. Officer was flagged down by a citizen with complaint of vehicle nearly running them off the road. Vehicle located. Traffic stop initiated. Curtis D. Bosworth, born 12/15/82, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Department for DUII.

3:14 pm Arrest/AOA, 2490 NE Highway 101. Benjamin M. Noffsinger, born 8/26/79, was cited and taken into custody on warrant for failure to appear on contempt of court.

11:04 pm AOA, Safeway, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Officers located male who was with female at location in violation on no contact release agreement. Darrell G. Richards, born 6/7/68, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail.


3:06 am Theft, 2522 NW Mast Ave. Female allowed male to stay for a couple days and now missing property.

1:54 pm Fraud, Bi-Mart, 1030 SE Oar Ave. Pharmacy reported they received a fraudulent request to fill a prescription.

4:29 pm Theft, Motel 6, 3517 NW Highway 101. Caller reported his prescription meds misplaced and/or stolen two weeks ago.

4:53 pm Arrest/AOA, Lincoln City Police Department. Male came to turn himself in. Enrique Omar Mejia, born 7/8/91, was taken into custody and was cited for Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear.

6:08 pm Theft, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Caller reported that her ticket was stolen.

10:36 pm AOA/warrant arrest, NE 14th St./NE Oar Ave. Michael J. Burk, born 10/2/86, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for felony warrant out of state parole and probation.


Extra patrol request, Olivia Beach. Caller reported she has received multiple complaints of transients coming onto properties and going through trash and recycling bins.

8:00 am Criminal mischief, 2430 NE 14th St. Caller reported post office boxes for apartment complex was broken into and damaged.

1:33 pm Disturbance, B-Nails, 4079 NW Logan Rd. Caller reported another female customer was screaming at her and making threats. Amber M. Sirotak, born 3/16/82, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for disorderly conduct II.

1:57 pm Hit & run, NW 14th St./Highway 101. Vehicle struck traffic light pole, and left scene.

9:12 pm Probation violation detainer, 2100 N Coast Highway. Michaelyn Darlene White, born 8/16/97, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for probation violation issued by probation officer.


1:35 am Suspicious activity, 2120 NW 44th St. Officer reported suspicious activity. Desmond Thornton, born 1/23/83, was cited and released for theft.


1:21 am Suspicious person, 2760 NW Neptune Ave. Sylvia Rose Hutchinson-Hernandez, born 1/16/96, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for false information to police.

12:18 pm Extra patrol request, SW 50th St. Caller reported that cars have been camping there for a week. There are vehicles parking there at night and sleeping.

Theft, 3165 NE 20th Place. Caller reported theft of jewelry, rifles and other high value items.

11:57 pm DUII, 3910 NE Highway 101. Traffic stop initiated. Test performed. Melissa Jean Long, 12/22/95, was taken into custody for DUII, cited and released at Lincoln City Police Department. He was giving a courtesy ride home.


12:58 pm Vehicle vs. bicycle, NW Highway 101/NW 26th St. A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle and transported to hospital by ambulance.

1:20 pm Hit and run, 2224 NE Highway 101. Caller reported a white van hit her vehicle while she was pulling into Dairy Queen. The van did not stop.

1:50 pm Vehicle vs. bicycle, 4079 NW Logan Rd. The fire department came upon a vehicle and bicycle crash. Driver hit 2 bicyclists. It was a father and son. Both had minor injuries.

2:22 pm AOA, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Brandy Lynn Griffith, born 8/8/72, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for Multnomah County felony for probation violation-dangerous drugs.


3:04 am AOA/warrant arrest, 550 SE Highway 101. 911 report of possible domestic at hotel. Paul Lee Davidson, born 10/18/88, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for felony warrant for probation violation robbery II.

9:27 am Car clout, 1012 SW 51st St. Caller reported back window was broken out. Her purse was taken from vehicle.

11:40 am Domestic disturbance, NW 34th St./NW Highway 101. Caller reported male and female was fighting in vehicle. Male got out and smashed passenger side front window. Male left on foot.

11:50 am Disturbance, 1120 SW 15th St. Caller reported her neighbor was cutting up part of her fence. When she asked him to stop, he started screaming and ranting. Aaron S. Kilby, born 2/15/77, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for criminal mischief II and trespassing II.

5:17 pm Hit and run, 836 SE 31st St. Caller reported he was hit by a car while riding his bicycle. He went to the hospital for minor injuries and contacted police afterward.
