LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5

3:41 Harassment, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Call reported that a male had been hit by a female and wished to press charges. Trisha Butler, born 7/25/78, was cited and released for harassment.

9:06 am Criminal mischief, 3489 NW Highway 101. Caller reported spray paint graffiti under building.

11:31 am Recover stolen vehicle, Shell South, 1410 SE Highway 101. Caller reported two trailers reported stolen was turned into U-haul depot.

4:13 pm AOA/Warrant, 2020 NE 22nd St. Sophia M. Tasker, born 4/16/86, was taken into custody for a Lincoln County warrant. She was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 6

2:17 am AOA, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Alexis Fisher, born 5/02/99, was arrested on felony warrant. He was charged with possession of heroin and supplying contraband to a correctional facility. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

4:11 pm Warrant service, 2333 NE 29th St. Daryl David Donat, born 10/13/59, was taken into custody on Lincoln County warrant charging assault IV and harassment.

5:33 pm Suspicious activity, 1819 SE 14th St. Caller reported yelling and loud banging from area of location. Subject was in detached garage behind location. He refused to come out. It was determined that he was alone and nobody else was in danger.

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 7

7:32 am AOA/PO detainer, 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported unknown person lying on ground of upper parking garage structure. Sara Jean Chavez, born 4/2/83, was taken into custody for probation violation and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

12:33 pm Theft, Lakeview Senior Living, 2690 NE Yacht Ave. Employee reported theft by an employee.

3:21 pm AOA/Warrant arrest, 801 SW Highway 101. Tyson James Geck, born 11/30/95, was contacted my Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Lincoln City Police Department. He had a warrant out of Columbia County for possession of amphetamine felony supplying contraband, failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody and transported to hospital for evaluation.

3:32 pm Warrant service, Comfort Inn, 136 NE Highway 101. Anthony Dewayne Buckley, born 9/1/67, was taken into custody on Crook County Sheriff’s Office warrant for charging probation violation in theft III. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

4:24 pm AOA/warrant, Lincoln City Auto Supply lot. Caller reported of subject setting up tent in parking lot. Shelly R. Rivera, born 11/3/75, was taken into custody on Marion County warrant for possession of meth misdemeanor. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

3:17 pm Burglary, Coho Inn, 1635 NW Harbor Ave. Caller reported break room storage and liquor area was broken into.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 8

Extra patrol, NE 22nd St./NE Surf. Caller requested extra patrol at school pick up time. Caller said that most cars are not stopping at the stop signs.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 10

12:24 am Trespass, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Security called and states a male given a six-month exclusion is refusing to leave property and getting verbal with security. Forrest Locke, born 12/17/97, was arrested for trespassing I and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

9:04 am Animal, 1635 NW Harbor Ave. Caller reported she was bitten by a man’s dog.

9:23 pm Hit & run, NW 44th St./NW Logan Rd. Caller reported a fire hydrant was knocked over with a bumper and license plate was left at scene. Van found at casino parking lot. Andrew Vasquez, born 11/17/94, was cited for failure to perform duties of driver when property is damaged and criminal mischief II.
