LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, MAY 13

10:07 am Trespassing, 1713 NW 21st St. Caller reported a naked man was passed out in hotel hallway. Subject got up, put on his pants and left. Michael J. Wehling, born 9/21/92, was placed on detainer and transported to Lincoln County Jail. He was also charged with public indecency and possession of meth.

3:01 pm Burglary, 3505 NW Keel Ave. Caller reported people were getting into house and taking items from location.

7:53 pm Theft, Copper Pizza, 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported his Samsung Galaxy 9 phone was stolen while charging.

TUESDAY, MAY 14

12:28 am Disturbance, Rodeway Inn, 1070 SE 1st St. Caller reported subjects in room were throwing mattresses off balcony and being drunk and disorderly. Nathan R. Hall, born 7/29/93, was taken into custody for criminal mischief III, giving false info, trespassing II, disorderly conduct II and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

4:20 am Taxi 101, 3321 NW Highway 101. Driver found baggie of white drugs on floor of cab.

11:53 am Shot fired, 3125 SW Beach Ave. Caller reported male fired handgun into the ground.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 15

12:29 am Probation violation, SE Oar Ave./3rd St. Bjorn D. Blanchard, born 6/13/92, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for probation violation after a report of a male walking around the neighborhood looking into vehicles.

10:41 am Domestic, 1431 SE Oar Ave. Caller reported mother and adult son arguing. Nathan J. Cavota, born 3/20/80, was taken into custody for harassment and unlawful use of a weapon.

10:53 am Fraud, 905 NW Inlet Ave. Caller reported identity theft.

1:37 pm Warrant, 660 SE Jetty Ave. Jamie L. Brink, born 1/30/87, was taken into custody and transported to jail on Lincoln County warrant.

2:18 pm Suspicious activity, 1940 NW Harbor Ave. Caller reported broken window at house.

7:22 pm Suspicious activity, 1990 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported a break in at the storage facility. Nicholas Ballentine, born 12/15/88, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail on trespassing I, probation violation, trespassing II and criminal mischief II.

8:42 pm Warrant service, SW 51st St. Nathan Cane Opperud, born 1/12/79, was taken into custody on Oregon City warrants and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

9:24 pm Domestic, 1220 SE Oar Ave. Caller reported physical domestic in apartment. Johnathan James Douglas Harmon, born 4/18/90, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for domestic assault, domestic strangulation/harassment and disorderly conduct.

THURSDAY, MAY 16

2:56 am Burglary, The Beach Club, 2020 NE 22nd St. 911 report of subject inside business. Officers responded with assistance from Oregon State Police and Lincoln County Sheriff’s. Jason Daniel McIntyre, born 7/19/87, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

2:50 pm Extra patrol, 615 SE Inlet. Caller reported a male pulled up in a white van and opened the garage door with a door opener. Caller confirmed that nobody should have been there to do work.

SATURDAY, MAY 18

12:42 am Theft, Safeway, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Employee reported two female shoplifters left store.

2:50 pm Fraud, Taco Bell, 3820 NE Highway 101. A counterfeit $50 came in at drive thru.

3:18 pm Suspicious activity, 427 SE Oar Ave. Caller reported female driving up and down the street and going door to door talking about someone that took money from her. Female said she gave a male a ride and loaned him some money for marijuana products. Male did not come back to her car and she went looking for him. Jason B. Card, born 9/22/70, was located and found to have a Lincoln County misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear hit and run. He was cited and released at location.

5:56 pm Trespassing, McMenamins, 4157 N Highway 101. Caller reported male inside refusing to leave. Hollis B. Miller, born 8/12/74, was taken into custody for trespassing and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

9:25 pm Domestic, 2015 NE 63rd St. Male called saying female strangled him and tried to get his gun. Kathryn P. Alllie, born 3/5/95, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for assault IV domestic-felony and strangulation.

SUNDAY, MAY 19

12:24 pm Trespassing, 3327 NW Highway 101. Caller reported subject had been on property since 7:30 am and was refusing to leave. Robyn R. Austin, born 3/19/93, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail on charge of criminal trespassing II and probation officer detainer.

5:55 pm Domestic disturbance, SW 48th St./SW Fleet Ave. Officer came upon a domestic disturbance and made contact with female part. Male continued walking northbound on foot. Geoffrey G. Kirwan, born 7/20/79, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for assault IV-domestic and strangulation-domestic.
