The police blotter relates the public record of incidents as reported by the Lincoln City Police, Lincoln County Sheriff, and Oregon State Police. All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Information printed is preliminary and subject to change.

LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 26

1:42 am AOA/Warrant arrest, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Caller reported subject hiding in restroom. Then, he left in PT Cruiser. Vehicle located and stopped on NE Holmes Rd. Suspect found inside. Jamie L. Brink, born 1/30/87, was taken into custody on outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Lincoln County Jail. Jamie was cited and released to appear at Lincoln County Court.

6:25 am Subway, 247 SW Highway 101. Caller arrived to find broken window.

4:32 pm Domestic, 964 SE Jetty Ave. Caller reported physical domestic between male and female at address. Taser was deployed on male. Howard Joseph Lee, born 9/30/77, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for domestic harassment, RO violation and interfering with 911.

5:06 pm Criminal mischief, 426 SE Jetty Ave. Caller reported damage in front of apartment.

6:14 pm Theft, 3090 NE 26th St. Caller reported theft of firearm from location over the weekend.

7:15 pm Burglary, 3507 NW Jetty Ave. Caller reported home was broken into.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 27

9:58 am Theft, 1645 NW 26th. Caller reported theft of glass float from yard.

4:57 pm Shoplift, Coach, 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported theft of purses and wallets from location.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28

9:31 am Theft, 2844 NW Mast Ave. Caller reported online bank scam with money taken from his account.

7:07 pm Fight, Taco Bell, 3820 NE Highway 101. Caller reported physical fight at location involving three males. Parties left prior to officer arrival. At 8:31 pm, Gabriel Paul Deanda, born 7/14/98, was cited and released for disorderly conduct and MIP alcohol.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 29

5:47 am Alarm, 3325 NW Jetty Ave. Alarm monitoring center reported a living room motion alarm. Open window found. No persons found inside.

9:12 am Burglary, 6515 SW Ebb Ave. Call received from roofing company that his house had been broken into.

2:46 pm Burglary, 2103 SW Coast Ave. Caller reported possible burglary at location.

7:22 pm Theft, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Caller reported theft of $450 money voucher from guest.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30

8:33 am 1638 SE Reel Pl. Caller reported 2 male suspects in a maroon pickup had stolen tools and batteries. Caller had one subject blocked in. The other ran on foot. Federico Tschebotarjew, born 4/11/69, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail for theft 1, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle X4, criminal mischief III, and possession of burglary tools.

4:46 pm Menacing, Old Oregon Tavern, 1604 NE Highway 101. Caller states a male bumped into him on the sidewalk then threatened him with a handgun. He was last seen running south on NE Mast Ave.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1

2:47 am DUII, 1545 NW Highway 101. Traffic stop initiated, Test administered. Jerry L. Fielder, born 2/4/77, was taking into custody and releases for DUII.

10:12 am Criminal mischief, 4645 NE Voyage Ave. Caller reported tires slashed on both of his vehicles and windshield broken on Infiniti. Blood was found on rear driver’s side tire on Mazda.

1:40 pm Best Western, 4430 SE Highway 101. Caller reported a female who is not a guest has come into the hotel on two separate occasions, on both occasions she has gotten into a room, showered, and stolen the bedding. Suspect is possible associated with 1999 Black Ford Ranger.

SUNDAY, DECEMBER 2

3:23 am Theft, 5001 SW Highway 101. Caller reported her purse was stolen while at Snug Harbor. Her purse had money, IPhone 7+ wallet and keyfob inside. Keyfob is to vehicle parked outside of location.

3:40 am Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Casino reported possible check fraud.

11:48 am Fraud, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Casino security reported female was trying to cash a fraudulent check. Anna M. Gibson, born 7/5/88, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Station where she was cited and released for forgery and possession of a forged instrument.

1:55 pm Theft, 1713 NW 28th St. Caller reported his shed had the lock broken and his lawn mower and stepladder stolen.

6:04 pm Burglary, 591 SW 24th Dr. Caller reported finding house she cleans open with lights on.

2:18 pm Found property, 4031 NW Highway 101. Caller turned in military ID and other items found in the North Shell parking lot. Property was seized for safekeeping.

7:25 pm Suspicious activity, 1206 SE 48th Pl. Caller reported a red PT Cruiser parked near Warming Shelter with multiple people partying inside near it. Jeffrey B. Barnes, born 7/31/59, was taking into custody of felony warrant out of Multnomah County for assault II and for additional charges for possession of controlled substance Meth. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.
