The police blotter relates the public record of incidents as reported by the Lincoln City Police, Lincoln County Sheriff, and Oregon State Police. All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Information printed is preliminary and subject to change.

LINCOLN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 12

12:27 pm Hit and run, 4101 NW Logan Rd. Caller reported her vehicle was struck while she was sitting in it. Victim was able to get a license plate number.

2:57 pm Theft, Ace Hardware, 4910 SE Highway 101. Caller reported his red/white mountain bike with camera mount and disc. was stolen from back of pickup at Ace Hardware.

3:28 pm Theft, 1905 NW Jetty Ave. Caller reported theft of kids shoes and headlamps from front porch of residence. Suspects left area on foot northbound from location towards the Nordic Hotel.

11:43 pm Domestic arrest, 2034 NE Port Ave. Caller reported intoxicated husband hit her and she was bleeding from head injury. Matthew F. Hayhurst, born 3/2/72, was taken into custody for assault IV domestic and transported to Lincoln County Jail.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 13

12:31 pm Found property, 1503 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported finding bicycle in woods by the village.

10:59 pm Found property, SW 51st St. Restrooms. Security found an ID and red Bi-Mart plastic sleeve. Also, contained Bank of the West credit card.

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 14

12:47 am Traffic stop, Taco Bell, 3820 NE Highway 101. Traffic stop was initiated. Selvin Fajardo, born 1/26/93, was taken into custody for Escape III.

4:33 pm Found property, 1503 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Citizen brought in ring she found.

6:42 pm Counterfeit bill, Inn at Spanish Head, 4009 SW Highway 101. Caller reported counterfeit $100 was found. Bill retained.

7:18 pm Burglary, 1605 NW 26th St. Caller reported home was broken into while they were out. Sound bar and computer accessories were missing.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15

1:00 am AOA, 1070 SE 1st. Page A. Riddle, born 1/9/95, was cited and released on Lincoln County warrant.

1:38 am Elude, 3500 NW Highway 101. Male attempted to flee scene and wrecked vehicle. Nicholas L. Wirkkala, born 5/14/82, was transported to Lincoln County jail on multiple warrants, and reckless driving.

3:36 am Theft, 1014 SE Highway 101. Caller reported item stolen.

11:27 am Burglary, 1726 NW 25th St. Caller reported two TV’s stolen from home.

4:07 pm Assault, 1014 NE Highway 101. Caller reported fight in the parking lot. Victim was transported by ambulance to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital.

6:15 pm Criminal mischief, 1040 SW 62nd St. Caller reported ex-boyfriend drove by her house and his passenger threw pizza boxes and ranch dressing at her car.

7:20 pm Warrant service, Chinook Winds Casino, 1777 NW 44th St. Oliver Robert Pauly, born 10/12/71, was cited and released on Lincoln County jail misdemeanor warrant charging disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substance. Oliver was contacted after report of a disturbance.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16

5:54 am Theft, 1646 NW 30th St. Caller reported she had gas siphoned from her vehicles. Officer found several other vehicles that possibly had gas siphoned as well.

11:53 am Theft, 1924 NE 21st St. Caller reported gas was siphoned from vehicle. Hose was left at the scene.

12:02 pm Restraining order violation, 950 SE 32nd St. Caller reported she has gotten multiple emails from her ex’s company.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 17

9:28 am AOA, 1111 SW 13th St. Brittany L. Hull, born 6/22/94, was cited and released on Lincoln County misdemeanor warrant for reckless driving.

9:38 am Trespassing, 1501 NW 40th Place. Chinook Winds Casino security reported a previously excluded male had returned to the property and had become confrontational with security officer. Louis Laurito, born 8/3/49, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln City Police Department where he was cited and released for trespass II.

4:09 pm Car clout, D River Wayside. Caller reported his vehicle was broken into and his wallet stolen.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18

1:31 am AOA/Warrant arrest, Old Oregon, 1604 NE Highway 101. Caller came across fight in front of location. Sharon L. Bruns, born 3/30/77, was taken into custody and transported to Lincoln County Jail. Also, additional charge of disorderly conduct.

10:22 am Disturbance, RV parking Lot, 1777 NW 44th St. Caller reported a physical altercation at location. It was believed to be over dog. Ceasar Dominic Trevino, born 2/23/86, was arrested for assault 3 and 4 and menacing.

12:10 pm Disturbance, SE 14th St./SE Marine Ave. Caller reported male on bicycle harassing customers and was confrontational with security. Peter Brierly, born 7/25/65, was arrested for warrant, harassment and criminal mischief 2. He was transported to Lincoln County Jail.

5:45 pm Theft, Zumiez, 1500 SE East Devils Lake Rd. Caller reported male and female loaded items in a bag and left store. Both were contacted in front of location and asked if they were going to pay. They fled to the center of mall.
